To Woolhara Council,
As a member of the genral public I can't help but raise the issue of the amount of waste in The Parsly Bay Reserve. This is having an affect on the wildlife and the bay's reputation is on the line. I would like your help to fix this issue. This also part of a school task called "Make a Difference Challenge", so help is greatly appreciated.

Update........
Over the coming weeks I will have to start gathering emails and contact numbers so i csn get in touch with the council and see what they think about my idea .

About Parsley Bay:
Parsley Bay is a little bay with a park a few meters from the beach, it is a family picnic spot and there are entrances on a number on roads they are on The Cresent, Fitzwilliam Rd and Parsley Bay Rd.
There is a significant amount of rubbish and littering around the beach area and the park areas. It is unpleasent to swim with plastic bags and cans. So it is my job and the councils job to help clean up the area for the benifit of the public and environment.

The Parsely Bay Reserve Clean Up
What: To reduce or get rid of the amount of rubbish in the Parsley Bay reserve area.
Why: To bring pleasure to people when they go for a swim and to clean up the environment.
How: I will know when i have achieved this because I will start to see significant changes in Parsley Bay's appearance.
